When selecting the size of your Google Adsense code the 300×250 is by far the best performer. This square box works best when placed in the middle of the content towards the top. I commonly place the 300×250 ad block under my title and on top of my first paragraph. Sometimes I put the 300×250 ad block under the first paragraph if it is short but never below the second paragraph. Banners and skyscrapers may look better on your page but will perform much worse than the 300×250. Remember why you’re publishing your content; you want to make money not look pretty. (more…)

This is a particular type of game where you have to adopt and take care of a monster and try and keep it happy which in a sense is quite difficult, but one thing is for sure, if you can keep this monster happy, you can keep anyone happy..eh.

I got my first monster around a month back and since then have tried my level best to keep it healthy and happy.

Spore, the next game from famed game designer Will Wright. The game is being shown behind closed doors by Will Wright himself, who takes viewers on an interactive guided tour of some of the game’s features.
Spore, starting with the Creature Creator, blurs the line between social networking and videogames. Strange bedfellows, sure, but an exciting prospect, particularly for a game whose content will spawn primarily from a rabid user-base. Every player (upon registering their game) is given their own page on the Spore community site, with RSS feeds tracking events in the game, their creatures’ ratings based on community votes (Trunk: hot or not?) and other in-game news.
